Our Training Courses
Comprehensive in-person classes for healthcare providers, parents, workplaces, and community members. AHA, Red Cross, and HSI certified.
First Aid, CPR & AED
Adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, and basic first aid techniques. For the general public, workplaces, parents, and caregivers.

Basic Life Support (BLS)
Professional-level CPR for healthcare providers and first responders. High-quality CPR, AED, and two-rescuer techniques.

Bloodborne Pathogens
OSHA-compliant training on preventing exposure to bloodborne pathogens in the workplace.

Stop the Bleed
Learn to recognize life-threatening bleeding and take immediate action using direct pressure, wound packing, and tourniquets.

Wilderness First Aid
Emergency assessment and treatment in remote environments — wound care, fractures, hypothermia, and patient evacuation.
